Returns & Exchanges
1. After Order Confirmation
We do not accept changes or cancellations after an order has been confirmed, except in cases of defective products.
2. Return Period
If there is a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Returns cannot be accepted if no contact is made within this period.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for the following reasons:

3. Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective, incorrect in size, or due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.

Refused Delivery / Incorrect Address / Storage Expiry
In the following cases, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
If we do not receive any contact from the customer, the order will be automatically processed as a return (refund):
- Refusal to receive the package
- Incorrect address or long-term absence resulting in expiration of the carrier’s holding period
If you wish to have the item re-shipped, please contact us within 10 days after it is returned.
Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
Items will be stored for a maximum of 1 month after being returned to our warehouse.
After that, the order will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Repeated refusal of delivery or long-term absence may result in restrictions on future orders, including cancellation of pending shipments.
