Returns & Exchanges
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.
Returns will only be accepted in cases where there is a fault on our part, such as insufficient or incorrect product information regarding the item’s condition.
In such cases, please contact us via our inquiry form or by phone within 7 business days of receiving your order.
Returns Will Not Be Accepted in the Following Cases
- Items that have been used, even once
- Items that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
- Requests for returns made after 7 days from delivery
- Items that are not returned to us within 3 days after return approval
- Sale items
Shipping & Handling Fees
In cases where the return is due to our error, all related costs — including shipping, return shipping, and bank transfer fees — will be covered by us.
